Crispy like cauliflower florets,capsicum, tofu,carrots,cabbage,baby corns or any other veggies which goes best with Chinese flavours. I usually try this with different varieties of veggies.

In this recipe vegetables are first coated with refined flour and corn flour mixed with pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste are Fried and then sautéed in sauces, it gives a very nice flavour as well look.It’s very tempting recipe.I think you will surely try this.
